Mitch Witten - Senior Consultant
Mitch’s various accomplishments in the Quality arena led to his 2003 appointment as Quality Improvement Administrator by the Executive Director of his previous employer, a major public utility who was recognized nationally for Strategic Planning and Total Quality Management in 2004.
Relevant Experience
- Directed quality improvement teams that drove more than two million dollars in cost savings, reduced process times by 80% or more, and provided tools to measure improved customer satisfaction at a major public utility.
- Directed quality improvement teams that identified more than 3 million dollars in cost savings opportunities, and process time reductions of over 80% at a federal aviation maintenance and support installation.
- Directed a product improvement team that was designated as a finalist at the Association for Quality and Participation’s National Team Excellence Award Competition.
- Author and presenter at the Water Environment Federation Joint Management Federation in Phoenix, AZ (March, 2004).
- Designed and implemented a product performance measurement system aligned with customer expectations.
Mitch is a former Quality Examiner for the Kentucky Quality Council, the sponsor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky Quality Award, and a current member of the Board of Directors of the MSD Federal Credit Union.
